Season 4 Catch up chat with me

Welcome back to the Soulrocker Podcast Season 4! An intro to the season catching up on some things with the podcast and season. I ramble a lot (WARNING). 

Please note: Yes I say Umm a lot and I am not fully clear and jump around. I also know I have quirks and play with my hair a lot etc. I am not used to recording myself, speaking and I am quite shy and nervous. I may never change these things. Please do not comment on something that I am well aware of. 

I have so much I wanted to add and please know there is always so much context and details everyone misses. I don't want to sit here and overthink what I share or didn't share. Honesty is a core value that I live by and I try to be responsible with what I share. I will never make any suggestions and make accusations on anyone, it's never been my style.
